The HR-ZOO project built a core component of the national research and innovation e-infrastructure with the intention of providing the Croatian scientific and academic community with long-term advanced computing and storage resources and network connectivity, necessary for modern and multidisciplinary science and education.

SRCE is organizing the annual conference SRCE DEI 2023. After this year’s successful conference SRCE DEI 2022 which was attended by more than four hundred participants, we are organizing our next edition of SRCE DEI conference from 28 to 30 March 2023, in the premises of the Mozaik Event Center and SRCE.
In June 2021, the Croatian Open Science Cloud Initiative (abbrev. locally HR-OOZ) has been launched.
How the HR-ZOO project builds a new generation of e-infrastructure for advanced science and modern education is presented in the new issue of bulletin "SRCE novosti" within the topics dedicated to the 50th anniversary of SRCE's work.
The HR-ZOO project was a strategic project funded by the European Union within Operational Programme Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014 – 2020 (OPCC) of the Republic of Croatia.
The total value of the project is 24.616.609,76 EUR. The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), 85% of the project value, while the remaining funds are national co-financing.
