Project implementation
Recognizing the complexity of the HR-ZOO project and the diversity of its implementation activities, a project and organizational structure was established in order to successfully achieve all project results and objectives.
Project implementation is accompanied by extensive documentation, such as procurement documentation, technical documentation and functional specifications.
Project financing
The HR-ZOO project was a strategic project funded by the European Union within Operational Programme Competitiveness and Cohesion 2014 – 2020 (OPCC) of the Republic of Croatia.
The total value of the project is 24.616.609,76 EUR. The project was co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), 85% of the project value, while the remaining funds are national co-financing.
