Conference - SRCE DEI

The conference Days of E-infrastructure SRCE DEI was held for the first time in 2017, and it was set up based on numerous successful individual one-day events organized by SRCE in the previous period for different groups of its users.

The annual conference SRCE DEI is the central place where SRCE presents the services, projects and initiatives of SRCE and the community to users, scientists, researchers, teachers, librarians, IT staff and heads of institutions from the science and higher education system, as well as to all interested parties.

Every year, the conference gathers more than 400 participants who recognized its importance and plan their attendance at it year after year.

Since 2019, the SRCE DEI conference has been organized as part of the Croatian Scientific and Educational Cloud (HR-ZOO) strategic project. This year's SRCE DEI 2023 conference will also be the final conference of the Croatian Scientific and Educational Cloud project, where we will celebrate its successful completion.

SRCE DEI 2023 will be held from 28 to 30 March 2023 in the premises of the Mozaik Event Center and the University Computing Centre SRCE.

In his opening address at the opening of the SRCE DEI 2022 conference, Ivan Marić, director of SRCE, pointed out:

The SRCE DEI conference is an important event for SRCE and the community, because here we gather our users to discuss their needs and thoughts on the use of advanced information and communication technologies in their daily work. We want to encourage the best possible cooperation with the academic and research community, based on which SRCE, as the central infrastructural institution of Croatian science and higher education, develops its systems and digital services and makes them available to that same community.
